It's official, Christmas parties usually kick off this weekend and roll on through to New Year's. Is it just me, or has this year FLOWN BY for all of you too? Something Every Girl Needs....

is a little black dress like this! This tailored black sheath is a great style and looks so classy, yet so sexy, and so effortlessy. I guess it helps when it is Kate Winslet in the dress too;) Non the less, this style of LBD is fitting for so many different events and has just earned a spot on a hanger in my closet.
