Good Mood Food.

Can what you eat affect how you view and care for yourself? Of course it can. When you are feeling down, frustrated, tired and lazy you, naturally, don't feel like putting yourself together. While daily exercise can help to boost your spirits, so can all that yummy food that we put into our bodies, which also aids in helping you keep that exercise routine. Fruit smoothies, spoon fulls of guacamole with some crackers, apples, berries, mangoes, carrots (sure you can have some dip with them....some), nuts, whole grains, and more will all help to keep you feeling energized, happy and just in an all around good mood. These also all enhance things like blood flow, healthy looking skin, and reduction in varicose veins, just to name a few.

** You can go to these sites for much more info. and read plans on eating good foods for you moods:,

Why not put good stuff into you body so that it will show on the outside, not only with how you feel but also how you look, which = you feeling like this!

Ralph Lauren Blazers.

I am really liking the Blazers that Ralph Lauren has come out with this fall. You can pair them with jeans, skirts, dresses, dress pants and more, and create a dressy or a casual look. The blazer is a great item to have to switch your style up some. While these can get a little pricey, you can definitely find some look-a-likes for a much lower price but still sport the same great style. Check these out.

Need something easy for Monday morning...or just easy in general?

The side of my favorites and so easy, yet so pretty! Even if you don't have time to smooth it out, scrunch it with some hair spray, or just go through and curl a couple of sections for some extra texture. You can also twist the pony tail around and then wind it up and pin it with a couple of pins. This works with any low pony tail!

Very cute with a bang too.

Just by adding a little more to your hair tie, you instantly dress up a simple, easy hair style. This is great for getting your self ready when you have kids (and want to feel "put together"), or those early mornings heading into work.

For those who have less to work with.......

Even though these lovelies have short styles, they certainly have no limitations. Dramatic sweep overs, head bands, a layer of shorter bangs, twists through a couple sections in the top, pulling one side back more, bed head, extra sleek and smooth and so on, short hair still has many quick and easy tricks to switching up the style and creating a different look.

Picks of the Week.

I found something in all these pics that I really liked about the Style. Whether it was a Statement Necklace, Plaid (yes...plaid!), the Jeans, Bomber Jacket, Blazer, Hand Bag or a Laid Back style, all of these pictures posted did it for me this week. Have fun putting some outfits together this weekend!

Here are some handbags that I would love to be toting around this fall...

Who doesn't look good in this?

As mentioned before, the White Shirt is a great building block to always have on hand in your closet. This fresh clean style can be worn as both dressy and casual, and it looks good when paired with almost anything. When in doubt about what to wear to a certain occasion, you can pair this with dress pants, a cute pencil skirt, or jeans and it comes through for you every time!

*Tip: Remember that you can always enhance your make up, and throw on some extra jewels, when wearing this clean look.

Men always look good in this combo too.
