Got the Blues?

Your Denim Blues that is.... Yes, denim is a 'go to' look right now and for all you jean lovers this is your season! From blazers, love that Gap blazer above, to button-ups, blouses, bikinis, purses (can't believe I am actually thinking about rockin' a 'jean purse' again) and even necklaces, denim is all around us. The nice thing is, that many of us already have plenty of denim in our closets so here are some ideas for y'all to mix and match with your denims. If anything, you'll have a reason to do a little shopping this next weekend!

Check out these looks from D&G spring collection. Love the skirts with the denim tops (skirts like those can be found just about anywhere right now). Also, you can see that the ripped style jean is a green light right now as well.

Chambray
Put on belt and a cute top and you can sport this denim skirt well. Even going all denim with this skirt would work too.

Bebe Necklace

Forever 21 Denim Jacket

You can now find a variety of denim suits for this summer....

True Religion

Sass and Bide Louis Vuitton

I don't think I have really rocked a 'jean purse' since like the 8th grade, but I have to say that I have seen some which have caught my eye.

Act on those ideas that you have....you never know where they might lead to. You were given them for a reason, so pursue them.

Blessings!

Weekend Attire Ideas...Perhaps?

Weekend is here! For many of us it's a time to change our attire up. I know for me I get out a little more with my husband (not just running errands like in the week) and so I tend to put a little more effort into my attire. It may be opposite for many of you working women who want to dress down more so, or you single women who might be going to meet up with your fav girls or possibly have a date, but my point being that weekends are filled with people and places (not always but quite often) and why not plant some little seeds of thought in your pretty little heads of what you can put together for where ever your weekend might be taking you!

I like that you can see that whether you're in a warm or cool climate both outfits (so similar) look good whether with boots or open toe heels! I personally would even wear a high- over- the knee boot with either too.

I have to admit that I am a fan of leggins'. You really can pair so much with them.

Love blazers.

An open scarf like that adds just enough...plus if it is cool then there ya go.

May we all continue to pray for the people in Haiti and appreciate all that each of us has.

What are you giving thanks for?

Naturally, on Thanksgiving we tend to ponder on those things which we are thankful for with a little extra thought.I thought I would share 5 things that I am very thankful for with you all.

I am THANKFUL for :

1.) My wonderful husband and father of my kids, who adores us.
2.) The health of my children, along with my own health and my husband's too (all my loved ones too;)
3.) That we have a roof over our heads with warm beds to sleep in every night.
4.) That my kids go to bed with full tummies every night.
5.) That we have clean water to drink on a daily basis.

I thought I would include some things that I am thankful for, pertaining to style and beauty, that I have at the tips of my pretty little fingers every day. Though the list above is of far more importance to me, I am still very thankful to have all of these items.

A fabulous pair of heels, they always end up making the outfit!

My Steve Madden purse...love!

I am glad to have my maxi dress, which is not only stylish but mega comfy too in this HOT weather here in Panama.

Who isn't grateful for a figure flattering pair of jeans, that you love to wear?!!

I always like when people tell me that I smell really good ( I guess who doesn't, right) and that is thanks to my beloved Ralph.

My mascara, lip shine, and blush. Though I do wear more than this, I use these three for sure on a daily basis. If you have never tried the juicy tubes by Lancome....you should!

Happy Thanksgiving All! Most of you are on a long weekend as of now, so enjoy!

Until Monday!!!

Picks of the week.

I always like to throw some different styles in for my pics of the week. That's probably because that's more my personality. I like to switch it up quite a bit...dress to impress, simple dresses, boots (all styles..mostly), jackets, be down right comfy and I actually like a sporty style too! Here are some styles that I like for different reasons, and as usual, hope that these can give you some inspiration when going through your closets...or shopping! May all of you style lovelies have a beautiful weekend!

OK, I am liking these jeans that Kim K. has on, and can't help but love the jacket too.

Amerie did it again for me....love this dress, and tan heels too!

Do you see those tights?!

I am into the bomber/biker jackets and I like this casual look with it. Adds just enough to this simple style. * Something to remember: It's always fun to play your make-up, up, when wearing a simple look;)

I am one to usually opt for heels, but Gwyneth shows us that some cute flat boots still give some style (comfort too!) when in mommy mode.

This pic is obviously more about the purse than the outfit, and just wanted to show that a great tote is always needed no matter what the outfit....just makes everything better!!

I not only like the blazer with the skinny jeans that Gabrielle is sportin' , but also like the ruffles peeking out...makes it extra feminine.

I like this just for Keri's shirt...love the sleeves and the color.

Like the thigh-highs on Hayden, and the coat too.

Eva is another who's style never seems to disappoint me.

Something to ponder on this weekend: If you were at a point were you have reached your FULL potential, where do you feel you would be right now?

Until Monday.....

Why can't you have it your way though? Sometimes to get things you've never had, you have to do things you've never done.

It's almost Friday!!!

Mama a la mode.

Once we enter the wonderful world of mommy hood it seems as though we strive for a keen sense of style even more so. It's good to feel good about yourself, especially after carrying that bundle of joy, in your ever growing belly, for 9 months!! Here are some style tips that are helpful in staying a mama a la mode!

Wear a good bra to keep your clothes looking and fitting nice.

Scarves are great for added style and covering any extra baby belly.

Blazers not only look nice but they also allow for some comfort when wearing a top you're not fully comfortable wearing by itself....yet!

A great necklace always dresses up a more casual outfit.

Maybe opt for a lower heel if you want a heel but can't chase after the little ones in a 3".

A higher waist jean is not only more flattering but more realistic for all the bending over you do with those little guys!

Here are some cute shorter haircuts, with different styles. Whether short or long bangs, wavy and curly, or a short, short cut, these are all beautiful cuts with some sass to them=one hot mama! For longer styles check out a post of mine (from Sept.)- Need something easy for Monday morning....or just easy in general?

Why not carry a cute diaper bag? One thing that worked for me was to carry a small purse or clutch that fits into the diaper bag, so when you are at a quick stop errand and don't need the the whole bag, you can pull out your cute clutch.

Kalencom Ultimate diaper tote, orange:$67.99

Daisy Gear, retro pink:78.99

JJ Cole system diaper bag,cocoa/red:$62.99

Kalencom - New Orleans diaper tote, chocolate/pink:$54.99

*All of these styles and MANY more can be found at here: target.com

Also, try littlesweetpea.com for some really cute stylish diaper bags as well.

Here are some stylin' mamas that you can look to for some extra style inspiration.

Reese always looks put together.

Halle can't help but look good.

I've Always liked Jessica Alba's style.
